Cancellations made with sufficient notice are eligible for a full refund. Late notices may be subject to the full fee. Personalized assessments and one-time consultations are non-refundable due to preparation requirements.

4. Infoproducts

Digital courses, webinars, and downloadable materials are available for purchase. You may request a refund within 7 days of access. To initiate, complete the contact form. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of confirmation.

5. Products

Physical items shipped to you can be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To arrange a send-back, submit a request via contact form. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued within 7 days. Shipping charges may apply. Certain hygiene or perishable items are non-refundable for safety and quality reasons.
